Mini cupcake recipe.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir into mixture.
Drain pears in syrup, cut into cubes and add to the mix
Pour into muffin tins buttered and floured (perfect for turning out perfect)Follow………….

1 Packet yeast
1 can of pears in syrup
Dark chocolate
Butter
Caster Sugar
Eggs
Flour
Packet yeast
Can of pears in syrup
 Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°
Melt the butter with the chocolate and add sugar and mix.
Separate the yolks from the whites and add the yolks to the mixture and then place the flour and yeast
Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir into mixture.
Drain pears in syrup, cut into cubes and add to the mix
Pour into muffin tins buttered and floured (perfect for turning out perfect)
Bake about 35 to 45 minutes.
